How the media gets made
Two capabilities sit behind every product above, both under one roof in Newmarket, Ontario.
Meltblown filter media manufacturing
Our own polypropylene extrusion line makes the media in every product above, and ships as raw rolls to manufacturers across North America. Efficiency, fabric weight and roll format are set to the order, under a third-party certified quality system that keeps batch 400 measuring like batch 4.
Custom filter media design and development
We work up media designs against your requirement — efficiency, resistance, service life and format — and take the design through to a documented production specification. The extrusion line and the prototype bench sit in the same building, so a design change becomes a sample the same week.
